Gluten-free skin (white rice flour, glutinous rice flour, psyllium husk, tapioca starch, avocado oil), king oyster mushroom, bok choy, edamame, chives, ginger, garlic, white pepper, salt, coconut sugar, tamari, sesame oil, avocado oil.*

Who is Huhu?
Our founder, Andrew, was nicknamed "Huhu" by his creative 3-year-old niece, who couldn’t quite say “shūshu” (叔叔) or “uncle” in Mandarin. Huhu became a bedtime story character, growing up in Australia and working in his mum’s restaurant where magical, upside-down foods were served.
Growing up in Melbourne, Andrew found his inspiration for Huhu’s House of Dumplings in his mum’s gluten-free cooking experiments. Our dumplings are made to be enjoyed by everyone, including vegetarians, gluten-free, and celiac diners, using fresh, nutritious ingredients!
